Learning objectives: • To understand the anatomy and physiology of the normal heart in childhood • To understand the anatomy and physiology of Tetralogy of Fallot, including pulmonary atresia variance and the management and care of the child. • Implement appropriate interventions to the altered physiology of a child with Tetralogy of Fallot • Apply the knowledge and skills acquired around emergency management of cyanotic spells • To appreciate the psychosocial impact on the child and family
