Leeds General Infirmary (LGI) is located in Leeds city centre. The easiest way to get to LGI is on the train; the hospital is then approximately 15-20 minutes walk from Leeds railway station. The best way to find the directions is by entering the LGI postcode, LS1 3EX. The Trust’s website has a page which shows maps of the city and the hospital as well as information on the transport links to/from the hospitals. The web address for this page is http://www.leedsth.nhs.uk/patients/findus/index.php

The main bus route through the city centre is a road called The Headrow. Any bus which stops on the Headrow will get you close to LGI, especially if you alight as close to the Town Hall as possible. Bus information can be found on:

http://www.wymetro.com/HowToGetTo/Hospitals/HospitalsEtoL.htm

Parking at LGI is very very limited and will cost £12 for 8 hours. There are many other car parks in the city centre the best of which is at The Light shopping centre which is 10 minutes walk from the LGI.
