Great news!!! Tai Chi DVD available to all
This tai chi DVD was produced to support patient rehabilitation and includes:
- Patient interviews
- staff interviews
- shibashi (tai chi chi-kung)
- tai chi form
The DVD is now available by order to ALL NHS staff via UHB website at http://www.uhb.nhs.uk/tai-chi-video.htm
