HPMA HR and OD Practitioner Action Learning Set (ALS)

Great opportunity for senior HR or OD practitioners (8a or above) or aspiring 8a to join an existing Action Learning Set.

This well-established ALS has spaces for two more HR and OD practitioners (band 8a and above) to join us.  We meet every 6 weeks on rotation between St Mary’s Hospital Paddington and Croydon University Hospitals Trust and rotate the facilitation role between members of the set at each meeting.  We are looking to replace two members who have had to leave for personal reasons and are happy to review the current meeting locations to accommodate a different membership base.

If you are looking to move into an 8a HR Business Partner or equivalent role, or are already working at band 8a or above in an HR and/or OD role – then this is an opportunity not to be missed!

We would like to invite interested parties to come along to one of our next meetings and meet the rest of the set and find out more about what it entails….it doesn’t matter whether or not you are familiar with the Action Learning methodology as we will provide training and resources.
