Topics of the day will include:
•An introduction to the principles of transport;
•Stabilisation of the preterm infant for transfer;
•The “blue baby” – cardiac versus PPHN
•The unexpected diaphragm – what do you do in the Local Neonatal Units
•The afternoon will be dedicated to workshops
Delegates will have the opportunity to be involved in practical workshops on the topics discussed in the morning, using high fidelity stimulation allowing the development of practical skills in a safe environment.
