Long Term Neurodevelopmental Follow Up Group

The group is responsible for developing a consistent method of monitoring long term follow up and analysing the data collected across the Network. This page contains all the various documents and papers of the Follow Up Group, including; agendas and minutes of meetings, reports, presentations, etc. As well as links to external national documents of interest to the Group.

Terms of Reference (Revised July 2018, due for review July 2021)
