Does anyone have any experience or advice on learning to cycle schemes for adults who have never been on a bike. I've been approached by a couple of colleagues recently and promised to find out what i could. I'm North West based but would be happy to hear experiences from anywhere.

all the best

Thanks to all for the links and help, particulalry to Alex and the links he provided that led to Jane Moore at Merseytravel.

Jane works on Merseytravel's Travel Wise project and their cycling initiative fits the bill perfectly for my colleague.

Thanks again
