I recently received the following via the Cycle Touring Club (CTC), a great opportunity for Medical professionals to become involved in Cycling initiatives and help raise the profile of Cycling within the NHS.

"A degree in cycling"

CTC is offering bursaries for MA/MSc candidates preparing dissertations on issues related to cycling. The deadline for receipt of applications is the 21 February. Previous topics of research include one which showed that drivers gave cyclists more space when no cycle lane was present
