Healthtalkonline, the award-winning website of personal health experiences, has published a new section on the role of shared decision-making between patients and their doctors.

Healthtalkonline, the award-winning website of personal health experiences, has published a new section on the role of shared decision-making between patients and their doctors.  The section is based on extensive analysis of patient interviews across a broad spectrum of illnesses by the Health Experiences Research Group, University of Oxford is intended to help both patients and health professionals better understand the different types of relationship that they might share.  It includes a wealth of video, audio and written material of patients and service users discussing their views and experiences of being involved in decisions about their care.
