Vacancy: Respiratory Programme Manager Position

The South of England (East) Respiratory Programme is seeking to appoint a Respiratory Programme Manager to work closely with the Programme Coordinator and the QIPP LTC lead and also to work closely with colleagues across the South of England to ensure learning and best practice is shared and spread across the whole of the South cluster.

The South of England (East) Respiratory Programme is seeking to appoint a Respiratory Programme Manager to work closely with the Programme Coordinator and the QIPP LTC lead, ensuring the LTC priorities are built into the Respiratory Programme. The Programme Manager will also work closely with colleagues across the South of England to ensure learning and best practice is shared and spread across the whole of the South cluster.

This post takes responsibility for resource management in the Respiratory Programme; including line management of the clinical leads and the Programme Coordinator. This ensures best use of clinical leads’ time and the best management of the budget.

The Programme Manager will have a good understanding of the new and changing NHS structure and how to effect change in a challenging environment.  This role will ensure that the high level management of the programme is covered and the programme will be able to drive forward key DH priorities at a high level, ensuring no delay in workstreams and that the programme objectives are achieved.
