Bridge House Medical Centre in South Warwickshire took part in the Learning in Action programme to look at how it could reduce the volume of incoming post being dealt with by its GPs.  The improvements made have reduced the incoming paperwork going direct to GPs by 83 per cent per week, releasing seven hours of GP time a week.

Learning in Action is part of the support available through the General Practice Forward View.
