Diabetes Service
The diabetes service offers a comprehensive service for adults with diabetes.
The range of care provided includes group education sessions delivered in English and a number of commonly-spoken South-Asian languages. Domiciliary visits may also be undertaken in specific cases.
The service provides a multidisciplinary team approach, with clinics staffed by consultant diabetologists, specialist nurses and specialist diabetes dieticians and specialist diabetes podiatrists. There are also virtual clinics – where a consultant and diabetes specialist nurse attend the GP practice and offer advice, educationand management plans for identified patients by the practice.

* GP workshops, Master classes
* Warwick certificate course
