This is a safe space where we want you to share ideas, initiatives and good practice that creates a Personal, Fair and Diverse (PFD) NHS. We're encouraging staff from across health and social care organisations to join the conversation and make the NHS a place that is diverse and inclusive. If you are committed to taking action, however small, to create a personal, fair and diverse NHS then please feel free to share what you are doing. Please feel free to post questions and guidance on this page. PFD leads are encouraged to use this forum to develop ideas, address challenges, and to provide support as well as advice. Please follow these rules: •Please be polite and respect other people’s views. We will not tolerate rudeness or abuse.
