Hi folks;

Just wondering if any of the children's centres are using repatha in children <12yrs of age for homozygous FH.  I have two children who meet the NHS England criteria but they're under 12 so currently won't be funded.

We're currently examining the cost-effectiveness of taking this on ourselves for these patients (arguing that if we avoid plasmapheresis in one of the patients, we'll have paid for the treatment in spades) but I'd like to know whether or not we're alone in considering this.
