Dear Network members,

we recently produced a framework for patient-centred review toolkit to help teams identify areas of their  service that need improving by 'shadowing' patients to capture their experience of a particular aspect of the service.

We are looking for teams willing to test the toolkit and provide feedback

To express you interest please contact Emma Fernandez emma.fernandez@rcplondon.ac.uk

the toolkit and the guidelines for the 'shadowers' are available in the Resources section
