The IBDQIP Peer Support Visit Scheme has been very much appreciated by the teams who participated and more visits are yet to take place in November. We are interested to hear from the teams who already met how are they going about implementing their action plans!

-          How important is the approval and support of the executives to make changes happen in your service?

-          Are your managers engaged and involved in the implementation of the actions you planned at the peer support meetings?

Please share your experience and opinions
