Dear all Pathfinder and Non-Pathfinder HLP areas

I have been asked for an update on HLP numbers and with many stakeholders now interested in progress, I would be extremely grateful if you could let me know how many HLPs you now have 'quality-marked' in your area. Numbers of Health Champions would also be beneficial. This is a really important piece of data for us with the Pharmacy and Public Forum Task Group well underway.
