161011 NHS England position statement diagnostic accreditation

Following agreement with the CQC to take account of scientific and diagnostic accreditation in inspections, this joint statement from Professor Sue Hill and Sir Bruce Keogh sets out NHS England’s position and vision on the need for accreditation. It also lists schemes that providers of scientific and diagnostic services should be participating in.
