Change Requests for TM

At Walsall we will be raising some change requests mainly around CSDS reporting and issue we have found.

We will be asking for Referral Priority and Referral medium to be recorded at the point of referral.

In addition, we will also be asking for the ability to be able to change the calendar view on the device so that one day can be viewed if required so it will be mroe user friendly.

We have also noted that if you update any patient information from the visit booking screen (ie keysafe number or telephone number) it does not update the patient registration/referral page.  This is apparently working as designed and we need to submit a change request for this to work.

If we have other sites also asking for the same request, it will carry more weight.  Does anyone have any comments/questions and will any of you support us in these change requests please?

Hi - sorry for not replying sooner! I think you are probably the only one using TM as a standalone solution (although Fresenius are going to be in the same situation I think) - here at CFT we were looking at standalone but are now going down the API route.  We raised though the only view one day ages ago - its a rubbish concept!  We have a call next week - we can talk about it on that?
