Hi all I looked again at the sialanar, NPPG have mentioned that expiry now is 2 months from opening and that the BNFC may change dosing to glycopyrronium rather than glycopyrronium bromide . If we look at the price, colonis ends up not much cheaper (ml per ml) , is not licensed for children and expires within 28 days of opening which is half of sialanar. I am going to cost it for our trust and decide by next week but think we might move to sialanar. Have any of you changed or planing to change? Enjoy a long weekend Celine
