GB1NHS is the UK's National Health Service radio communications station. It uses the global amateur (ham) radio platform to gain access to restricted radio frequencies which are used by specially licenced radio operators.

The station gives the NHS the ability to reach communities anywhere in the world. Regardless of geographic location or connection to domestic power supplies, land lines, cell phone or internet services.

The aim of the station is to promote initiatives that improve the health and wellbeing of communities globally. It is operated under licence from the UK's communications regulator Ofcom by the NHS Emergency Care Improvement Support Team (@ECISTNetwork).

The station was founded by Paul Devlin (@DevlinPJ) from ECIST. It transmitted for the first time on 8th May 2018 at the Radio Society of Great Britain's National Radio Centre at Bletchley Park.
