Delivery outcome data

We maintain a database on all pregnant women with diabetes that attend our clinic, whether they have T1, T2 or GDM. The database has information on whether they are on insulin/metformin, how many weeks when diagnosed with GDM (or first attended clinic if T1/2), HbA1c and all delivery date, plus PN OGTT results (or not done's as is often the case).

I am just finishing an audit on PN OGTT uptake and outcomes, and am going to look at delivery outcomes. Does anyone else maintain such a database, or have any audit results on PN OGTT uptake and outcomes, and on delivery outcomes that they could share?

Thanks

Kirstin

Hello Kirstin we do keep a database very similar to the one you describe and would be happy to share this info. Are you involved in the national pregnancy in diabetes audit?

Regards Edwina.
