Trusts struggle to make sense of patient experience data, says report

A new report considers the use of patient experience data by trusts including what’s being collected, how and why, and how the results are being used to improve services. The report notes the dedication of patient experience teams, but says the sheer volume of corporate data and other pressures on them are limiting their ability to put the information to work.
