Should the rights of society as a whole trump those of the individual when it comes to the use of medical data for research and improvement of treatment?

Yes - most people would willingly trade their data for better healthcare
No - the rights of the individual to their data should be protected at all costs
Probably - if we don't do it, someone else will only get there first
