About us

This is the Benefits and Change Yorkshire and Humber (NOE) network site.

The purpose of this network is:

a) to share lessons around business change and benefits both within the health service and from wider industry (national and international)

b) to understand methodologies in detail and discuss their use (including benefits realisation planning for both programmes and projects, measuring and reviewing benefits realisation etc)

c) to focus on benefits-led, evidence-based integrated service improvement and delivering quality outcomes

d) to work towards a standardised approach and templates where appropriate

e) to reflect on wider NHS policy changes and potential impact on benefits led business change

f) to share evidence of robust benefits-led change and capture benefits thorgh appropriate reporting processes (e.g. Annual Statement of Progress coordinated by the DHID).

On this site, you'll find resources relating to specific projects, and systems, along with tools to use to help with benefits and change management; links to other useful sites and resources, and first hand experiences of implementing change at the local level, from which we can all learn.
