The focus of Writing for Wellbeing is on the process of writing, and less so on achieving a finished product, which can provide a refreshing and liberating contrast to so much of our professional lives, which are often focused on outcomes and productivity.

These workshops provide a supportive, confidential space to try out a range of  enjoyable writing activities, using a blend of creative, expressive and reflective writing approaches, including poetry, fiction, quotes, images and other mixed media, as ‘writing prompts’; participants are then invited to share their writing and reflections as a group, but are not obliged to share anything unless they feel comfortable to do so. No formal experience is needed, just a willingness to give writing a go!

Dates: Saturday 27th March, Saturday 24th April, Saturday 22nd May, SUNDAY 27th June 2021

Time: 11:00-12:30PM or 15:30-17:00PM on each of the above dates

Venue: Online via Zoom Platform; 10 places per workshop available, including reserved places for students/unwaged/retired

Price: £20 full price ;£15 students/unwaged/retired

Description: Open to those in all healthcare fields including clinicians, academics students and retired staff, these set of four themed workshops are offered for those wishing to explore creative and enjoyable ways of enhancing their self-expression, wellbeing and reflection, in a more creative way than current E-Portfolio professional reflection logs give scope for.
