The focus in this group is on the process of writing and your reflections on that as well as on what you write. These workshops provide a supportive, confidential space to try out a range of  enjoyable writing activities, using a blend of creative, expressive and reflective writing approaches, including poetry, fiction, quotes, images and other mixed media, as ‘writing prompts’; participants are then invited to share their writing and reflections as a group, but are not obliged to share anything unless they feel comfortable to do so. No formal experience is needed, just a willingness to give writing a go!
