The BIG conversation: Professionalism in Allied Health Professions
Up to Have your say....

Karen Middleton, the Chief Health Professions Officer, is calling for all AHPs to have conversations about professional and unprofessional behaviour in order to develop a culture where professionalism is discussed as normally as clinical expertise and competence. Although there are no urgent or specific issues about professionalism amongst AHPs, this does not mean we should be complacent. AHPs should feel comfortable talking about what it means to be professional and tackling unprofessional behaviour. See Karen's voicepiece in the February AHP bulletin for further information.

Do you routinely talk to your colleagues, managers or students about professionalism?
How would you feel about tackling a colleague who was behaving in an unprofessional way?
