FAQs

This section offers guidance to users of the network site and answers a number of the questions which it is felt would be regularly asked by users

Who are the members of the network?

Our membership includes Allied Health Professionals from across the North of England Cluster who are all actively engaged and committed to maximising the contribution that AHPs make to delivering high quality, efficient and innovative patient care.

How do I receive email alerts from the North of England AHP network?

To be eligible for alerts, you must be registered with NHS Networks and a member of the North of England AHP Network. When logged in, click on My profile, and Edit Settings. From here you will be able to select when you want alerts and from which network, as well as updating your personal information and change your password.

How can I add documents to the network site?

The network administrator can upload documents on your behalf but please obtain any permissions to publish the document, if required. Write a paragraph (about 100 words) describing the document which will help with online searches. In particular, please identify any clinical area or subject matter, and also what kind of document it is (case study, data, framework, template, guidance, report, tool, thought piece, etc). Include any contact details for anyone wanting to know more information and then send the document  with a covering paragraph and contact details to your local AHP lead (see 'contact us' section).

How can I share useful weblinks, best practice case studies and any other useful information with other members of the network?

We are keen to hear from our network members and for them to share their ideas and shape the development of the network. Please email your useful information and ideas to your local AHP lead.

How do I change my email address or other personal information?
