What is the CLAHRC for Northwest London Fellowship?

CLAHRC for Northwest London is an alliance of academic and healthcare organisations working to develop and promote a more efficient, accelerated and sustainable uptake of clinically innovative and cost-effective research interventions into patient care.

The aim of the fellowship programme is to develop a range of future leaders in innovation and improvement with the authority and ability to advance change in their organisations and beyond, thus building capacity and supporting spread and sustainability in line with CLAHRC objectives.

 The objectives of the fellows will be

  • to develop skills and expertise in leadership and improvement methodology;
  • to apply this learning in one or more specific projects initiated and led by the fellow;
  • to contribute to the ongoing CLAHRC programme by developing their own areas of expertise and skill;
  • to develop wide networks across north west London and elsewhere to promote the implementation of the CLAHRC programme and help its vision become a reality by inspiring others to initiate service improvements.
  • to contribute to the CLAHRC virtual faculty and mentorship programme beyond their fellowship tenure.
