Working with patients and communities - the key to commissioning success
Patient and public engagement has been part of the language of the NHS and a priority of health policy for two decades, but very little has changed.
This event in Leeds on 26 February presents case studies that show how successful engagement can produce clinical benefits, improved experience and satisfaction for patients, and economic benefits. The event is aimed at anyone responsible for designing services and their implementation. It will also be of interest to those with specific responsibility for patient and public engagement.
