Using the new APMS contract for primary medical services

NHS England has adopted a new form of the Alternative Provider Medical Services contract. The new APMS standard contract must now be used for the commissioning of all primary medical services where an APMS contract is specified.

This event will allow delegates to find out everything they need to know about the contract from Capsticks, the law firm that developed it and PCC, the acknowledged national expert on primary care contracting matters. It will also provide an overview of the existing medical contracts and core services, existing statutory powers and contracting routes.

The workshops are on 24 September in Manchester and 2 October in London.
