Understanding the legal implications of being a practice partner

NHS England and NHS Improvement made a commitment in the update to the GP contract agreement to support registered health care professionals to become practice partners.

Our two half day sessions provide the detail that those who are considering becoming partners in practices, new partners and also existing partners who want to gain a deeper understanding of the legal responsibilities of the role need to know. The sessions will be led by healthcare law specialists Hill Dickinson and include time for delegates to explore specific issues they face or are concerned about. The sessions will be held on 25 November and 3 December.
