Differences of opinion, interpretation and values can lay the foundations of misunderstanding, confrontation and conflict.

As more cross-organisation and cross-sector working develops under the integrated care agenda, the circumstances for conflict to arise increase. This workshop considers the strong foundations of communication that underpin effective partnership working and how differences and conflict can forge deeper collaboration to create innovative change. The session is interactive and outcomes-focused and includes practical advice and information. It encourages self-reflection as well as learning from the experience of the group. This three hour virtual workshop will be of interest to anyone whose role involves partnership working or managing contractual relationships. The workshops will be held on 26 May and 30 June.
