Transparent procurement and the NHS standard contract
This document provides guidance to all NHS foundation and non-foundation trusts on the actions to be taken to increase openness and clarity about NHS procurement from April 2014.
Although it does not apply to independent sector providers of NHS healthcare, such providers may wish to consider the benefits of adopting the guidance in this document.
