The principles of project management, level two

Project management is the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals using available resources.

This is more important than ever in health and social care where managers are under increasing pressure to deliver better outcomes and greater efficiency in every aspect of their work.

This one day course reviews the basic principles covered in the level one introductory course, but allows participants more time to discuss previous projects and practice what they have learnt.

The workshop is on 5 February 2019 in Manchester, 21 March 2019 in London30 April 2019 in Birmingham, 3 July 2019 in Leeds, 17 September 2019 in London.
