The A to Z of federating

Economic pressures and rising demand are forcing general practice to change, but practices that seize the initiative can hope for more than survival.

PCC is running a series of workshops to help practices understand the clinical and business benefits of working together, allowing them to weigh their options and explore the legal and other implications of different approaches. The A to Z of federating covers all the essential information for practices considering or already making plans to future-proof their businesses, whether they seek to build on a traditional model  of general practice or have their sights set on more ambitious “new models of care” as envisaged by the Five Year Forward View. The first in this short series of workshops will be held on 3 February in London, 5 February in Leicester and 10 February in Leeds.
