Statutory guidance for trust special administrators appointed to NHS trusts

This guidance is for trust special administrators (TSA) appointed to NHS trusts.

It sets out their duties under Chapter 5A of the NHS Act 2006, referred to as the regime for unsustainable NHS providers. The purpose of the regime is to help ensure there are sustainable services for patients.
