Proposed changes to NDTMS

The national drug treatment monitoring system (NDTMS) collects activity data from alcohol and drug treatment services in England.

The data is collated by Public Health England on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care and used to support local service strategies. Public Health England is proposing a shorter, more accessible format for the NDTMS reports on substance misuse treatment for adults, substance misuse treatment for young people, and substance misuse treatment in secure settings. The closing date for comments is 25 August 2019.
