Ever changing commissioning arrangements have taken their toll in terms of continuity, capacity and organisational memory.

Commissioners don’t always know where all their contracts are or whether they have been drafted correctly. Often these questions won’t be asked until a dispute arises with a provider, by which time it is too late. If contracts have fallen between the cracks or were incorrectly drafted, you need to know. We have worked with CCGs to audit their existing contracts to ensure that they are getting the services they think they’re paying for and to avoid the reputational damage and other costs of contract disputes.
