PCNs could take a leading role in understanding people’s experience of care

General practice is where most people’s care journeys start or where patients will later have a chance to discuss the care they received in other settings.

In this week’s podcast, Lesley Goodburn, senior improvement manager for patient experience at NHS England and NHS Improvement, discusses the role of PCNs in making sense of patient experience data as part of their wider role as coordinators and integrators of local services. Experience of Care Week runs from 27 April to 1 May 2020. Join the conversation on Twitter from mid-April at @WeExpOfCare or #ExpOfCare.
