The go-live date for primary care networks has passed, and 1200 networks representing 7000 GP practices - 99% of the total - cover the country.

So far, so good. What needs to happen for these numbers to add up to something that really makes a difference? Professor David Colin-Thomé, chair of PCC, a former GP and clinical tsar with the Department of Health, has seen policy initiatives come and go.
