New mandatory data collection for personal health budgets

The first mandatory data collection for personal health budgets takes place this month.

The first mandatory data collection for personal health budgets takes place this month. The NHS Mandate has set an objective for 50,000-100,000 people to have a personal health budget by 2020/21 and all CCGs in England are now required to submit data on a quarterly basis, which will be used as part of the CCG Improvement and Assessment Framework (IAF). The current data submission is open from 3 to 21 July 2017, with guidance now available on NHS Digital's website.
