New care models in practice

Primary care is crucial to the success of accountable care systems. In this interactive event we will showcase models that are working already, as well as hearing about the contractual options.

Accountable care systems can’t work without engaging with GP practices, which need to work together and position themselves to influence the future. Trusts also need to understand how to work with large groups of practices, and commissioners need to be able to facilitate the process.

This event on 25 January in Manchester will explore the impact of the national policy direction as well as share case studies of different models, including a primary care home site.  It will also look at how local care organisations are developing as part of the Manchester devolution programme. You will learn from those already working at scale about the risks, levers and opportunities for new models of care.
