The new local community based service is for ex-forces personnel who have military attributable complex mental health problems that have not improved following previous treatment. Patients will benefit from an enhanced range of intensive care and treatment that may include support for substance misuse, physical health, employment, accommodation, relationships and finances, as well as occupational and trauma focused therapies. Families will also be offered care and support where appropriate.
