Making new PCN roles work in practice

Workforce is one of the main problems primary care networks have been created to solve.

In this full-day event on 20 November in London we hear from some of those already in post about their experience of working in general practice – their successes but also the hurdles they have overcome. A clinical pharmacist, a social prescribing link-worker, a physician associate and a physiotherapist will describe their contribution to the practice team, the difference they’ve made to workload and the impact of their role on patients.
