Local leaders by design

Practice managers have always been “local leaders” by default, but primary care networks (PCNs) present a stiffer test of leadership ability requiring leaders by design.

They will need to become better at enabling relationships, facilitating meetings, developing network plans, keeping people engaged, staying up to date and managing change. The Confident Practice Manager programme is designed with exactly these challenges in mind. It is aimed at those hoping to become tomorrow’s leaders in practice management and those who want to take their experience – and confidence – to the next level. For more information, take a look at the prospectus or contact enquiries@pcc-cic.org.uk. Join the programme starting in September in London.
