This workshop on 28 June in Birmingham, 29 June in Manchester and 11 July in London is fast-paced, and will give you the opportunity to assess your managerial strengths, understand your opportunities for self-development, and equip you with a personal strategy to get the best out of yourself as an inspiring manager - ready to build a success culture with your team.
