Friends and family test data – February 2018
The friends and family test (FFT) gives patients the opportunity to submit feedback to providers of NHS funded care or treatment, using a simple question which asks how likely they are to recommend the service to their friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment.
NHS England has published data for February 2018.
