Finding your feet in general practice

Every primary care network (PCN) is appointing new professionals to work in general practice through the additional roles reimbursement scheme (ARRS). There has never been a time when it is more essential that these new professionals, many of whom may not have worked in general practice before, hit the ground running.

To do this they need to understand the way GP practices operate, deepen their understanding of PCNs and how their roles support the development of multi-disciplinary teams in neighbourhoods. This three-hour virtual session will equip those recruited under the ARRS scheme to explore how their roles may work in and across the practices in their PCNs. The workshops will be held on 30 March and 19 May.
